How are linen change and cleaning services carried out?

Both of these services are included in the booking price which includes linen change and weekly cleaning of common areas; bedrooms cleaning is on request and needs supplement.

Is it possible to cancel a reservation?

Yes, it is possible to cancel a reservation without any penalty up to 24 hours before arrival.

What to do in case of arrival outside the check-in time?

If the arrival or departure of guests is not within the indicated check-in and check-out times, it is necessary to notify the property by telephone.

How is the reservation confirmed?

The booking confirmation will be sent you by e-mail.


What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is possible from 11.00 AM to 1 PM and from 4 PM to 6 PM on the day of arrival.

Check out must be done by 10 AM on the day of departure.

Is a deposit required at the time of booking?

Deposit is not required at the time of booking.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.


Do you have internet connection at the property?

Bedrooms and common areas are with WiFi. Upon your arrival, ask for WiFi password, which is neither visible nor accessible except on request!

Is there a TV?

Each room of Residenza Giardino has a TV set 

Is there a private parking?

Yes.

Is the bathroom serviced with an hairdryer?

Yes, in each bathroom there is a hairdryer available for guests.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment can be made in cash, electronically or by bank transfer.

How do I know if my booking has been accepted?

Once the booking process is completed you will receive a booking confirmation email.

Is there a minimum number of nights for the stay?

No.

What kind of rooms are available?

Our property offers two independent double bedrooms with private bathroom.

The entrance and the living area are shared with (possible) other guests.

What is the equipment of the rooms?

Each room, elegantly furnished, is equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV, WiFi. Bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. A set of towels is provided for each guest. Consult rooms description page for more informations and to view some pictures.
